2. Membership

2.2. Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Services

3.1. The Retreat Club provides bespoke travel itineraries, concierge services, and access to exclusive events.

3.2. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Membership fees and other charges must be paid in advance.

4.2. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

4.3. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1. Members may cancel their membership within 14 days of joining for a full refund, provided no services have been used.

5.2. After 14 days, cancellation will not result in a refund.

5.3. The Retreat Club reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of terms, inappropriate behaviour, or non-payment.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1. The Retreat Club is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

6.2. Members agree to indemnify The Retreat Club against any claims arising from their use of services.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1. The Retreat Club is committed to protecting member privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

7.2. Members are required to respect the confidentiality of other members and The Retreat Club.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Members should direct complaints to The Retreat Club's customer service department.

8.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as outlined in the membership agreement.

9. Amendments to Terms

9.1. The Retreat Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

9.2. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms are governed by UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
